Mr. Khamlouat Sidlakone joined UPL in 2014 as the company’s Honorary Advisor. He advises our management team on how this project would affect the international and domestic market.

With extensive and diplomatic experience in Communications, Transportations, Public Works and Constructions within Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS) countries as former Honorary Minister and Chairman of several Lao Ministries, Mr. Khamlouat led several Lao delegation meetings and seminars which had greatly contributed to the successful signing of MOUs under the framework of countries in the Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS).

Mr. Khamphay Praseuth joined UPL in 2014 as the company’s Senior Advisor. He has extensive experience in the areas of import-export and international trade in Lao PDR and has advised our management on matters pertaining to our duty-free trade zone.

He is the former vice chairman in the mining sector and is an experienced Director of International Trading of import-export in Lao. He is also a former professional consultant to Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry who now advises and assists UPL on its trading system related on the land project.

Mr. Khampheng Vongkhanty joined UPL in 2014 as the company’s Senior Advisor. He was a former Vice Chairman and Board of Director of various Lao companies with wide professional experience in logistics and road maintenance and international banking.


Mr. Kevin Pereira
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS ADVISOR

Mr. Kevin Pereira joined UPL in 2013 as the company’s International Business Advisor.

He has over 15 years of professional experience in engineering, technical consulting, project development operations and management in Singapore and Laos.

Kevin advises and assists UPL to solve commercial and operational issues, create shareholder value, maximize growth and improve business performance.

He is also a current Vice-President of Trident Lao, a company specialising in mining and hydropower projects.


Mr. Dasith Bounleuth
ADVISOR

Dasith joined UPL in 2013 as the company’s Advisor with over 10 years government experience in Lao PDR in the tourism sector.

He shares with UPL his extensive experience in managing government projects and supports government relations and coordination.

He is also the Managing Director of PK Lime and Unichamp Mining and Minerals.


Mr. Vilayvone Soumpholphakdy
ADVISOR

Vilayvone Soumpholphakdy joined UPL in 2013 as the company’s advisor with 6 years experience of supervising Lao Government’s forest control center in Savannakhet province.

He has 10 years professional experience in a wood and lumber company and was the President of Nam Ngeun 4 power plant.

He also established and managed his own company, the VLV mining and minerals.
